SapoSoil is a mineral material based on natural saponite, intended for use in the agricultural sector, production of fertilizers, soil substrates and organo-mineral products.
The layered structure of saponite ensures the immobilization of cadmium and other heavy metals in the soil - according to scientific research, this reduces their mobility and transfer to plants. Relevant for EU markets with standards for cadmium in fertilizers.
The sorption properties of the mineral contribute to the retention of nitrogen in the root zone and its gradual release - nitrogen fertilizers work longer, and losses from leaching are reduced.
Helps improve the physical structure of soil mixtures and substrates, participates in the retention of moisture and nutrients.
Contains natural mineral components, including magnesium - can be used as a Mg-containing component of fertilizers and ameliorant.
Used as a carrier of microelements and active ingredients in granular, powder and organo-mineral products.
Stable fraction, humidity and packaging for production tasks - predictable quality for production lines.
Data regarding the binding of heavy metals and the effectiveness of saponite in agricultural applications are based on published scientific studies. Test reports and supporting materials are available upon request along with the specification.
