Problems and solutions

Your tasks - our mineral solution

The soil loses structure and moisture

Intensive farming, drought and leaching of nutrients increase the need for mineral soil components.

SolutionSapoSoil helps create a mineral base for soil mixtures, fertilizers and agricultural solutions.
Fertilizer producers need a stable mineral component

For granular, powder and organo-mineral products, stable fraction, moisture, packaging and predictable quality are important.

SolutionSapoSoil supplied in fractions and packaging for production purposes.
Compound feeds and premixes need a technological mineral carrier

Feed manufacturers use mineral components as carriers, fillers, anti-caking and moisture-regulating materials.

SolutionSapoFeed can be used as a natural mineral component of feed mixtures if appropriate documentation and specifications are available.

Frequently asked questions

What is saponite?

Saponite is a natural magnesium-containing aluminosilicate of the smectite clay group. This is a mineral raw material that is used as a component in agricultural production, the production of fertilizers and feed mixtures.

How SapoSoil different from SapoFeed?

SapoSoil — line for soil, fertilizers and substrates. SapoFeed — line for feed production: feed, premixes, mineral carriers. Products differ in fractions, specifications and sets of documents.

Is it possible to get a sample?

Yes. Describe the application and the required fraction in the request form - we will send a sample and accompanying documents.

What documents are provided?

TDS, SDS, CoA, particle size distribution, data on humidity, chemical composition and heavy metals. The kit depends on the product and specification agreed.

What factions are available?

Standard fractions: 200 µm, 0–1 mm, 1–4 mm. It is possible to prepare a custom fraction according to the client’s technical specifications.

What packaging does the material come in?

Bags 25 kg, big-bag 1000 kg and bulk for large quantities.
